Open a position through AtriumRouter, Plinth records the margin row, Coffer routes USDC to the selected venue adapter, the adapter opens the venue side. Hedged batch flow lands in a follow-up release.

Pending on testnet

Plinth is deployed; the demo open-position is gated on the venue instrument-config (Plinth set_instrument_risk), the pending testnet op. An open reverts until it lands.
